BODY OF MISSING MAN FOUND IN CLEVELAND NATIONAL FOREST

August 10, 2012 (San Diego’s East County) – San Diego Police report today that the body of Brent MacNab has been found near his Jeep Wrangler, which was located 300 feet down a canyon in Cleveland National Forest.  California Highway Patrol made the discovery on  July 30, after responding to a report of a vehicle in the canyon at Sutherland Dam Road and Sutherland Drive, between San Pasqual and Julian.

MacNab, a corporate consultant and businses instructor, was last seen on July 15 near 12000 Tiviolli Park Row in Carmel Mountain.

His family reported him missing after becoming concerned for his welfare. According to San Diego Police, his body was ejected from the vehicle following the apparent accident.

He had worked as a faculty member at the University of Sydney, Australia School of Business. He obtained a PhD from the University of Hawaii in 2004 and has a decade of experience working with Volkswagen of America, Inc., BankAmerica Corp., and AT&T as well as in corporate consultation.
