November 14, 2012 (Alpine) – A Chamber Music Extravaganza performance will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 17 at Christ the King Episcopal Church, 1460 Midway Drive in Alpine. Enjoy the music of Beethoven, Brahms, & more. Directed by Sylvia Lorraine Hartman and featuring the Alpine Chamber Players, Classical Guitar, Trumpet, Flute, Soprano, and the Christ the King Singers.  Step back in time, as artists perform in period dress and even the guests are invited to attend in historical fashions.

Chamber music is a form of classical music written for a small group of instruments gathered in a smaller room such as a palace chamber. Tickets are just $20 and a reception with the artists following the concert is included.
