Food handouts are helpful, but

unfortunately they have been characterized by closely attended assemblies of people first waiting for the truck to arrive and then waiting in line for the goods, close together, which contributes to virus transfer. This is not a time for people to congregate, talking to each other. This is a time for self-quarantine and social distancing.

Food handouts.

They are drive through now. You drive up and open your trunk and they put it in. There is standing in lines no congregating or contact .
