LIVE AT THE LAKE AUGUST 28 BENEFITS SHELTER TO SOLDIER

Ramona Ranch Winery, Round Up Grill and John Little Catering are partnering to host “Live at the Lake," an interactive outdoor music, barbecue and wine fundraising event on the shores of Lake Henshaw (26539 Highway 78) in Santa Ysabel on Sunday, August 28 form 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This event benefits Shelter to Soldier, a non-profit organization that adopts and trains shelter dogs to serve as psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans.

Guests will enjoy live music by the Steelehorse Country band, barbecue, beer and craft wines. The event includes a tribute to all military veterans. A special CD release will benefit a scholarship fund at Warner Springs School in memory of Sadie and Felice, former members of the Hideout Biker Bar who tragically passed away last year. This family-friendly event will honor service dogs of veterans on-site, so hosts respectfully request that guests refrain from bringing family pets.

The services Shelter to Soldier provides for free to veterans and their commitment to adopt service dogs fulfills the mission of this nonprofit organization by “Saving Lives, Two at a Time”.
