CHARGERS TRAINING CAMP DAY 5

August 5, 2016 (San Diego) -  Day five of Chargers training camp was today and the Chargers donned full pads for the fourth time this summer.  

Contrary to last Saturday's camp, the team ran full-team drills and plays.  Coach Mike McCoy said today was all about situational work.  “So many games come down to that last play,” he said.  

The Chargers recently acquired wide receiver James Jones.  McCoy said he's done a good job of adjusting to the offense.

The next training camp will include fanfest tomorrow from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Qualcomm Stadium.
