“FIVE CHOICES DRAWING” AT HERITAGE OF THE AMERICAS MUSEUM APRIL 29

April 8, 2017 (Rancho San Diego) -- In conjunction with the Spring Garden Festival and the Butterfly Festival at Cuyamaca College in Rancho San Diego, the Heritage of the Americas Museum holds a very special drawing each year: the "Five-Choices Dream Drawing." The drawing will take place at the museum on Saturday, April 29, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets can be bought in advance or the day of the festival. You don't have to be present to win. The cost of a drawing ticket is $1.00. The Heritage of the Americas Museum is located on the campus of Cuyamaca College in Rancho San Diego. Admission to the museum and parking will be free that day.
The prizes represent the four wings of the Museum: Natural History, Archaeology, Anthropology, and Art.
Choice 1 - Natural History - Jade Tree from China and White Coral
Choice 2 - Archaeology - Peruvian Canopa Alpaca Effigy and Archaic Arrowheads
Choice 3 – Anthropology - Reproduction Hide Bow and Arrows with Navajo Weaving Stick and Small Weaving
Choice 4 - Art - Limited and Framed “Arapaho” Print by Olaf Wieghorst with Native American Signed Sculpture
Choice 5 – Gift Certificates - Choice of Tea for Two Gift Certificate at the Westgate Hotel (Over an $80 Value, Tax & Gratuity Included), or a $50 Gift Certificate to the Museum Store
Your ticket goes in the bin for the prizes you choose, so you only win what you want. Come to the museum to see the prizes. You can also see photographs of the prizes on the museum's web site.
Proceeds from the drawing will support the nonprofit museum’s educational programs that benefit over 5,000 school children each year from throughout San Diego County.
