September 10, 2023 (San Diego) - Aztecs men’s soccer has had an impressive start to the season at 2-0 and tonight, they hosted UC Riverside for Hispanic Heritage Night on the SDSU Sports Deck.

After a scoreless first half and 10 shots on goal, the Aztecs finally broke the deadlock in the 50th minute with a rebound goal from redshirt sophomore Rommee Jaridly. Sophomore Austin Brummett added insurance with a goal in the 82nd minute and the Aztecs stayed undefeated on the young season with a 2-0 win.

The guys get a week off before hosting Life Pacific University on September 18th at 7 p.m. for Professor Appreciation Night on the Deck.
