November 18, 2011 (San Diego’s East County) The National Weather Service advises that a trough of low pressure moving inland will bring strong, gusty west winds of 35-55 mph in San Diego’s mountain and deserts tonight. High winds will make driving difficult especially for high profile vehicles. Blowing dust and sand may also reduce visibility.

Areas of dense fog are forecast through Sunday, with rain possible west of the mountains.
