August 4, 2017 (Alpine) -- Crab lovers, rejoice: The Buffet at Viejas Casino & Resort is kicking off King Crab Leg Fridays, when guests can enjoy an unlimited feast of the delectable culinary favorite. Flown in fresh every week from the icy waters off of the Alaskan coast, the sustainably sourced King Crab is the newest featured addition to The Buffet’s recent enhancements, which also include a state-of-the-art, no-wait, no-hassle reservation system created in partnership with Yelp.
“King Crab Leg Fridays are an exciting addition to our wide variety of offerings at The Buffet,” said Viejas Vice President of Food and Beverage David Duran. “Not only do we fly the King Crab in fresh each week, we also serve it split, so all the hard work is done and it’s ready to plate for guest enjoyment.”
Every Friday, approximately 1,000 pounds of King Crab is delivered to The Buffet at Viejas Casino & Resort, where it is artfully presented alongside an existing array of diverse offerings, which include a street taco station with hand-pressed tortillas made on the spot; an Italian station with a selection of pastas, sauces, and cheeses; a create-your-own Asian soup station with an assortment of broths and additions; and an omelet station with all the fixings, now serving breakfast daily until 2 p.m.
As the home of the San Diego area’s premier, top-of-the-line buffet, Viejas Casino & Resort is at the forefront of providing the ultimate customer experience and offers unlimited Champagne, wine, and beer, including the popular Stella Artois.

All access to The Buffet’s wide range of international cuisine on Fridays, including unlimited King Crab Legs, is available 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Adults: $39.99; Children 6-10: $20).
