March 18, 2016 (La Mesa) - On Tuesday, April 5, the La Mesa Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the 2-year anniversary of The Hills Local Pub in La Mesa. This celebration and business mixer will be held between the hours of 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The owners of The Hills Local Pub, located at 8758 La Mesa Boulevard in La Mesa, have created various fund raisers and activities that make this a special and fun-filled location in La Mesa.
The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. and will end at 7:00 p.m. Enjoy great hors d’ oeuvres, including one of their house specialties and (1) complimentary glass of house wine, handcrafted beer and soft drinks.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the two years of this pub and restaurant in our city,” says Chamber President Mary England. “We are also thrilled that they are participating in the 8th Annual Taste of La Mesa, to be held on Monday, June 6th. This will give members of our community an additional opportunity to sample food selections from this popular pub and restaurant.”
The Chamber will host a raffle throughout the evening. Bring your business cards while you mix and mingle! The first 15 Chamber Members to register to attend will be free, compliments of the La Mesa Chamber. The pricing for this evening mixer is: Chamber Members (after the first 15 to register) $10.00 (for members NOT using event passes,) $15 for guests and $20 for all “at door” attendees.
