July 19, 2019 (Lemon Grove) — The Lemon Grove Library and the Lemon Grove Historical Society present a new exhibit of recent digital paintings by Jack Ofield, the noted filmmaker, animator, graphic designer, painter and writer.  Ofield is a member of the Directors Guild of America, a directing fellow of the American Film Institute, and emeritus professor of Film and former filmmaker-in-residence at San Diego State University.

His artistic versatility encompasses the witty, time-traveling creations in this exhibit at the Lemon Grove Library, 3001 School Lane in Lemon Grove. The works reference mythology, history, the arts, urban life, science and industry.

The exhibit is on view Monday-Saturday July 26 through Sept. 25, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
