RAMONA RESIDENT ARRESTED FOR MURDER IN SEPTEMBER SHOOTING CASE

February 27, 2013 (Ramona) – Miles Lockhart, 52, has been arrested for the murder of Shane Tatro, 38. Tato died on September 16 of a single shotgun wound during an altercation over the purchase of marijuana outside Lockhart’s residence, according to Captain Duncan Fraser with the San Diego Sheriff.

Lockhart was taken into custody yesterday morning after a search warrant was executed by Sheriff’s Homicide detectives assisted by the Sheriff’s Special Investigative Detail and deputies from the Ramona Sheriff’s substation.
