HIGH WIND WARNING ISSUED

December 3, 2013 (San Diego’s East County) – The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for mountains and deserts.  Gusts over 60 miles per hour are forecast.

A cold front moving through the recent will drop temperatures below freezing for high desert areas by Wednesday morning. Rain and snowfall are forecast at higher elevations.
