July 14, 2018 (Spring Valley) – San Miguel Fire Protection District’s Engine 15 firefighters took time today to help out a veteran in Spring Valley show his patriotic spirit.

According to San Miguel’s Facebook page, “This resident, a veteran with two Purple Hearts from his service in Vietnam, needed some help raising the flag in front of his home. We were happy to assist – thank you for your service, sir!”
