November 27, 2018 (La Mesa) - The City of La Mesa kicks off the holidays on Thursday, November 29 starting at 5:00 p.m. Enjoy live music as you “Dine, Shop and Explore” the beautiful downtown La Mesa Village.

La Mesa Shimmer will feature a lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. at the Lookout at Legacy Park located at the corners of La Mesa Blvd. and 4th Avenue. Complimentary hot chocolate bar, hot cider, and cookies will be available, as well as coffee provided by Sheldon’s, and dog treats from SDCCU.

During the event, live entertainment in the Village includes:

• Debora Galan – The Lookout at Legacy Park

• Sam Johnson Trio – 8295 La Mesa Blvd.

• Jose Molina – 8344 La Mesa Blvd.

Vote for your favorite holiday window display by turning in ballots at La Mesa Wine & Spirits at 8292 La Mesa Blvd.
