CAL COAST CREDIT UNION OFFERS HELP TO FEDERAL EMPLOYEES IMPACTED BY GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

January 16, 2019 (San Diego) - California Coast Credit Union, the longest-serving financial institution in San Diego County, announced today that it will offer special relief programs to Cal Coast members who are federal employees impacted by the current government shutdown. Impacted federal employees who are not yet members of Cal Coast may also be eligible for assistance.
“Our members’ best interest is always our number one priority, and we understand that the government shutdown has brought unforeseen financial hardships to some of our members and their families,” said Todd Lane, President & CEO of California Coast Credit Union. “Our goal is to provide personalized solutions that will support them during this difficult time.”
Here’s how Cal Coast can help:
- Cal Coast is offering a 0% APR 90-day personal loan for the amount of the member’s last net payroll up to $5,000.
- Or members may choose a 90-day loan payment deferral for existing Cal Coast loans.
For those who are not yet a Cal Coast member, a membership may be established to be considered for assistance.
