July 13, 2010 (San Diego's East County) -- A pair of incidents have caused traffic delays on East County highways this afternoon in Dulzura and Jacumba.

A vegetation fire that started at 12:23 p.m. on Highway 94 in Dulzura destroyed a trailer and an unoccupied structure before being contained to two acres by Cal-Fire; cause is under investigation.

In addition, a Hazmat team has been dispatched to I-8 east of Jacumba, where a semi-truck with 100 gallons of fuel has been involved in an accident, prompting closure of a lane.
