December 27,2023 (East County) -- The San Diego Blood Bank will hold blood drives in January in Lemon Grove and Santee:

Saint John of the Cross (8086 Broadway, Lemon Grove 91945) in the parking lot Sunday, January 14, 2024, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Cameron Family YMCA (10123 Riverwalk Drive, Santee 92071) in the parking lotTuesday, January 16, 2024, 9:30 a.m.to 3 p.m. Anyone 17 and older, who weighs at least 114 pounds and is in good health, may be eligible to donate.

A good meal and plenty of fluids are recommended prior to donation.

Appointments are honored first and walk-ins are welcome. Photo identification required.
