December 16, 2010 (San Diego's East County) -- If you're driving this morning, be aware of multilpe incidents that may pose hazards for motorists. CHP reports numerous minor collisions as well as several major accidents and a flooded roadway. Here are the latest reports:

Roadway flooding is reported at the Carmel Mt. Road onramp to northbound I-15 (reported 7:59 a.m.)

Wildcat Canyon is closed at Old Barona Road in El Cajon due to a rollover accident with person trapped (8:47 a.m.)

At Southbound 15 and W. Tocayo Ave, a vehicle has plunged down embankment (8:45 a.m.)

Northbound 163 at Friar's Road: An onramp remains closed at 8:57 a.m. due to an accident in which a person was reported trapped in a vehicle.
