SAN DIEGO COMPANY’S uZAPPit™ SMART TAGS NAMED BEST OF EXPO AT PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS SHOW IN LAS VEGAS
March 17, 2012 (San Diego) – uZAAPit Smart Tags, produced by Pacific Emblem Company in San Diego, have been named “Best of Expo” at the 2012 Promotional Products Show in Las Vegas.
“We are so excited to be picked out of thousands of products,” commented East County resident Rich Soergel, company innovator at the 28-year old manufacturer and importer.
He added, “I wanted to create a very low cost promotional product that companies, organizations and associations could use to brand their image and product to all SmartPhone users.”
By marrying the quick response (QR) code (or as the company calls it – “their Smart Code”) together with their full-color printed Smart Tags, Pacific Emblem Company has created the uZAPPit™ Smart Tag.
According to the product website at www.uzappit.com, when a consumer uses a smart phone application to scan a QR bar code, companies can connect with and market directly to consumers.
A press release issued by the company states that “uZAPPit™ Smart Tags are the new, cool high tech way to market to all smart phone users.”
Prices range from 59 cents to $1.29, depending on volumes, with a 1,000 minimum. For more information, go to www.uZAPPit.com or send an email to info@uZAPPit.com.
