THE POWER OF TOUCH: HEALING FOR THE FAMILY CAREGIVER
Family caregivers learn essential tools for self-care and relaxation, techniques to enhance the care you provide your loved one and simple healing touch techniques. PROJECT C.A.R.E. COMMUNITY ACTION TO REACH THE ELDERLY
This free program helps people who live alone by offering a phone call each day. It there’s no answer, someone is called to check on you. Other Project C.A.R.E. services include Vial of Life, friendly visitor from the Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol and more.
