October 7, 2011 (Escondido) - Orfila Vineyards and Winery invites the public tokick off the concert in the vines season at Orfila with a live performance by the Stoney B Blues BandIn addition, Orfila promises to offer the “best hickory smoked BBQ this side of the Mississippi”…


If you are looking for a blues band of great entertainers made up of excellent blues musicians this is the band for you, Orfila promises. The Stoney B Blues Band is the new blues experience in San Diego.   Stoney B (Michael Stone) grew up listening to the blues; his father Lil' Howling Wolf played and performed the blues in Chicago. Bluesmen are storytellers, and the music is about life,” a press release on the event states.

SUPER Q FOOD TRUCK
 will be on-site during the show dishing up All-American BBQ with bold North Carolina, Texas and St. Louis style flavors and influence.  Slow hickory-smoked BBQ that is prepared at Kaminskis Sports Lounge in Poway…BBQ that organizers promise will put a smile on your face!

This event will be held Sunday, October 16 from 6-8 p.m
. at 13455 San Pasqual Road (between Sierra Linda Drive and Ryan Drive) Escondido CA 92025.  Take I-15 to Via Rancho Parkway in Escondido and drive east for approximately one mile. Turn right onto San Pasqual Road and drive approximately one mile to the winery.

$25.00 + tax per person
$20.00 + tax for owl club members!

Tickets include a glass of Orfila wine and live performance overlooking the 70-acre estate.
Guests are welcome to bring low-back lawn chairs and blankets.
