CHEF’S FIRE UP THE IRON HORSE IN CAMPO APRIL 20

April 1, 2013 (Campo) – The Pacific Southwest Railway Museum will be hosting a gala gourmet food and wine tasting event April 20 from noon until 5 p.m. to celebrate its 52 years of service and education, along with the Chefs de Cuisine. The event will be held in the Museum’s Display Building, amidst the historic railroad trains and artifacts.  The Museum is located off Highway 94 in Campo.

The food stations will include a seafood, bar-b-que, carved roasted pig and New York strip loin, salads and desserts.  The wine will be provided by the Southern California Vintners alliance and beer by Ballast Point Brewing.

Tickets are $25 per person, $30 per person on the day of event or $20 per person for groups of twelve or more.  Tickets may be purchased here.

Optional rides on the Museum’s Golden State will also be available with departures at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. but are not included in the ticket price.
