May 20, 2019 (San Diego's East County) – The 14 Chick-fil-A restaurants in San Diego County will honor the community’s military personnel and their families with a Military Appreciation Night from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22. Chick-fil-A restaurants in East County are located at 8200 Fletcher Parkway, La Mesa and 9418 Mission Gorge Road, Santee.
All active duty member of the military or retired veterans who have honorably served, along with their immediate family members, are invited to enjoy their choice of a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Nuggets (8-count) or Chick-n-Strips (3-count). The free entrée offer is valid with a military ID or proof of service and is only available in-restaurant. The offer is limited to one entrée per military personnel or family member, and not valid with any other offer.
“We would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to those who have honorably served our nation,” said Kyle Steck, franchise operator of the Chick-fil-A in Santee. “We hope that they, along with their families, will join us as we show our appreciation for all they do.”
Military personnel not able to attend the Military Appreciation Night on May 22 can still receive a free reward in appreciation for their service. Military personnel who log in or download the Chick-fil-A App on May 22 will receive a free entrée that can be redeemed at any San Diego-area Chick-fil-A restaurant during regular business hours from May 23 through May 31.
This will be Chick-fil-A’s 12th annual Military Appreciation Night locally. Chick-fil-A’s Military Appreciation Night is held annually in celebration of Military Appreciation Month. The event began in 2008, when there were only four Chick-fil-A restaurants operating in San Diego.
Chick-fil-A restaurants in San Diego County are located in Chula Vista, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos, Santee, La Mesa, Escondido, National City and in San Diego on Sports Arena Blvd., Camino Ruiz in Mira Mesa, Carmel Mountain Road in Carmel Mountain Ranch, Camino del Sur in 4S Ranch, Scranton Road in Sorrento Valley and Balboa Avenue in Clairemont.
