July 2, 2012 (Santee) – Five office buildings on Riverview Parkway in Santee have been acquired by El Cajon-based San Diego Christian College, which plans to open a new campus in Santee.
The College paid over $6 million to purchase the five buildings from Ryan Companies U.S. Inc. Of Minnesota, CoStar Group reported.
The buildings, located at 200, 220, 260 and 280 Riverview Parkway, have a combined 54,800 square feet and were mostly empty when the transaction was completed in late May.
