All of the artists are from the San Diego area, and they all play original music.

There will be food and beverages as well as CDs and merchandise from the artists available for purchase at the event.

Music Industry Studies is a transfer degree program at Cuyamaca College that focuses on the practical aspects of developing careers in the music industry. The program combines classes in music theory, literature, and performance with studies in music technology and business. One of the classes, the Music Industry Seminar, produces the Coyote Music Festival every spring as a semester-length project.

This event is free and open to the general public. For a complete schedule of the day’s activities, or filming options please contact Chuck Walker at (619) 660-4288. Event organizers will be available during the event for recorded and live segments. The event will be a great visual shoot for b-roll and photos, and interviews related to education.
