February 29, 2011 (Poway)-- The Poway Chamber of Commerce and the City of Poway will be hosting a State of the Community Breakfast on Thursday, March 3rd from 7:30am to 9:30am, at Maderas Golf Club- 17750 Old Coach Rd. Featured speakers include Mayor Don Higginson and Mickey Morera, Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Morera will speak on the crisis in commercial real estate.

 

Mickey Morera has 21 years of experience in commercial real estate; he specializes in both landlord and tenant representation.  According to his bio, Morera has gained extensive knowledge of the Poway/I-15, Miramar, Sorrento Mesa and Kearny Mesa submarkets of San Diego County. In 2007 Mr. Morera was the top producer for the San Diego region and successfully negotiated leases and sales in excess of 2.9 million square feet with a total consideration of over $425 million.
