GROSSMONT SCHOOL BOARD HOLDS SPECIAL MEETING ON BOND REFUNDING AUGUST 10

August 8, 2017 (El Cajon) – The Grossmont Union High School District board will convene a special meeting on bond refunding on Thursday, August 10. The public session begins at 6 p.m. after a closed-session meeting earlier.

The public session will include action on resolutions to approve sale of refunding Prop U series bonds, as well as sale of Prop U Series H bonds valued at $10 million. 

At the closed session, the board will discuss existing including a suit filed by San Diegans for Open Government and a separate case involving labor groups, as well as anticipated legislation (details not specified in the agenda). The closed session will also include public employee discipline and employee matters.

The board meets at the East County Regional Education Center, 924 E. Main St., El Cajon, CA 92021.
