November 3, 2015 (San Diego) - The Chargers' injury woes continue as Keenan Allen is bitten by the injury bug.

Allen will miss the rest of the season with a lacerated kidney.  He suffered the injury on Sunday against Baltimore, taking him out of the game.  Twelve Chargers were injured and taken out of that game.

The Chargers have placed Allen on the injured reserve, where he will remain for the rest of the season.

This puts a screeching halt to Allen's third season, in which he had 67 catches for 725 yards.  He has four touchdowns in eight games.

With Sunday's close loss to Baltimore, San Diego is now 2-6 on the season.
