March 17, 2010 (La Mesa) – Oraha Oraha (same first and last name) was arrested around 8 p.m. last night by La Mesa Police for stalking a 24 year old woman. She worked in the 8500 block of Fletcher Parkway.
A security guard working in the 8600 block had been alerted about previous stalking allegations. He saw Oraha’s green 1992 Camry station wagon, license plate CA #3WUL388, and notified authorities who arrested Oraha. Police suspect he may have stalked others in the area.
During February and March, Oraha drove by the listed female’s business and at least twice, reportedly made sexually explicit gestures at her from his car. On another occasion, Oraha actually walked towards the woman while she was trying to get into her car and tried to talk with her. The victim does not know Oraha or why she is the target of his actions.
Hie is described as a Hispanic man, 5'10 to 5'11, 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The police suspect there may be additional victims of Oraha’s actions in the area surrounding the 8500 block of Fletcher Parkway and would like them to contact the La Mesa Police Department at (619) 667-1400.

Looking at him (in that particular picture) he doesn't look real friendly or nice or smart and looks like he drinks a lot of alcohol, and would be looking for a prostitute but don't want to pay. :)
But giving the benefit of the doubt, was he just simply trying to meet her ? he had to work up the nerve to talk to her ? and she blew it out of proportion, (because we all know how bad the world is these days, I guess).
What type of gestures ? staring is a gesture. a whistle, that she looks good a gesture. Need to go to a bar or frozen food section and that's it these days, can't try to meet someone on the street, don't dare say hi, then try to talk, or especially don't say hi as they walk by then think well dang let me go meet this person and pull over along the road and get out and try to talk.......
Does he travel that way a lot because he lives, works, visits or shops near by ?
Did she tell him I am not interested ?
Please leave me alone ?
Definitely need more truthful details, with the little info we have right here, it could go either way.
