MAKE-A-WISH GOLF CLASSIC JULY 23 IN POWAY WILL RAISE MONEY TO FULFILL WISHES OF CHILDREN WITH LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESSES

June 29, 2010 (Poway) – The public is invited to participate in the 22nd annual Make-A-Wish Golf Class July 23 at the Maderas Golf Club in Poway. San Diego County Credit Union is presenting sponsor of the event, along with the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

 

Cost to play is $400 per player, which includes green fees, cart, lunch, beverages on the course, tee prizes, gift bag, raffle prizes a hosted reception, player awards and after-golf awards dinner. Also included at the event will be a silent and live auction.

 

Participants will have the opportunity to choose traditional play or a “Make-A-Wish Challenge” course. For event information, visitwww.thegolfclassic.com.

 

The Make-a-Wish Foundation grants wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human spirit with hope, strength and joy.
