September 12, 2015 (El Cajon) – The Sheriff’s department is investigating the stabbing death of a 26-year-od man at a motorcycle club in the 100 block of Sierra Vista Drive in the Crest area of unincorporated El Cajon.
Deputies at the Alpine substation received a call at 2:51 a.m. reporting trouble at the location.
“At this point it appears several men got into an argument, which quickly turned into a fight involving various types of weapons. During the fight one of the men was stabbed and transported to a local hospital for treatment, but later died,” says Lieutenant John Maryon with the Sheriff’s Homicide Detail.
Several other men were also taken to the hospital for treatment for various non-life threatening injuries.
The victim has not yet been identified pending a Medical Examiner’s determination and notification of family.
