OOPS! TEEN DRIVER LANDS CAR IN LINDO LAKE

December 26, 2010 (Lakeside) – A teenage driver mistakenly stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake this afternoon, plunging his Nissan sports car into Lindo Lake.

 

Fortunately, the driver escaped unharmed and a tow truck driver was able to pull the vehicle out of the lake, a Sheriff’s official informed East County Magazine.
