POWER OUTAGE AFFECTS 653 SDG&E CUSTOMERS IN RAMONA AREA

November 1, 2011 (Ramona) – A suspected problem in overhead electrical lines is believed to be the cause behind a power outage that has impacted 653 customers in east Ramona, Barona, and the Iron Mountain area.

The outage began shortly after 7:30 p.m. While most residents have power restored as of 8:45 p.m., some remain without electricity. SDG&E estimates full restoration of power will be completed by 10:33 p.m., according to the company's website.
