July 18, 2016 (San Diego) - Reverend Shane Harris, president of the National Action Network San Diego branch, will meet with Congresswoman Susan Davis today at 3:30 p.m. to find common ground in policy and reform in regards to the recent police shootings.
Harris and Davis will seek to mend relations between police and citizens. One of the obstacles they will look at is one of the biases in the justice system being the conflict of interest of having local district attorneys prosecute the officers in question.
