October 16, 2024 (Ramona, CA) -- The Ramona Art, Wine & Music Festival will expand music performances to include live music on four stages, add beer and hard cider tastings, and introduce food and beer for purchase at its 12th annual festival on November 2 at Begent Ranch,18528 Highland Valley Rd., Ramona.
Number of Musical Performances Increased
Musicians will perform on four stages beginning at 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The increase in music recognizes the growing number of talented musicians in the Ramona area that also led the Festival to include music in its name and logo.
The Festival partnered with Ramona Music Alliance (RMA) founders Jon Hasz and Ashley E. Norton to bring a lineup of more than 20 local musicians, including groups and single performers, to this year’s event performing a variety of music including Americana, American and Latin jazz, Cumbia, R&B, Pop, Rock, Country Classic and Contemporary Hits.
Food and Beer for Purchase Added; Also Hard Cider and Beer Tastings
New this year is food for purchase to be offered from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm by food trucks Cowbell Kitchen and FallbrkEats.
Also new this year, the Festival will feature tastings of hard cider from Turquoise Barn Cider and tastings and sales of beer from Smoking Cannon Brewery.
Art, Shopping, and Wine Tasting to Continue
The 12th annual Ramona Art, Wine & Music Festival will continue to celebrate the growing fine art, vendors of unique products for shopping, area wine communities, local restaurants and will showcase:
- Hors d’oeuvres from area restaurants Marinade on Main, Ramona Café, and Mamma Ramona’s Pizzeria.
- Tasting from 16 beverage makers, including wine, hard cider, and beer.
- 27 fine artists of watercolor and oil paintings, jewelry, textile art, mixed media, fused glass, wire sculpture and plasma cut metal, porcelain, and sculptures.
- 25 hand-selected vendors of unique products for shopping including succulent arrangements, handcrafted leather, handmade jewelry, handcrafted candles, customized hats, charcuterie boards, garden art, owl-featured clothing, pickled veggies, wine-cork creations, two authors’ new books and more.
- Live auction of functional art and framed original winning painting by 2024 featured artist Linda Kelly.
- Silent auction of items donated by participating artists and vendors.
Tickets Available Now
Tickets can only be purchased in advance. Given that the event typically sells out, the Festival recommends purchasing tickets early.
Regular Attendance Ticket $85: Includes wine, beer and cider tasting, music, hors d’oeuvres, shopping, wine glass, festival program, winery map, and water.
Regular Designated Driver Ticket $70: Includes all of the benefits of a regular ticket except for wine, beer or hard cider tasting.
VIP Ticket $155: Includes all of the benefits of a regular ticket holder, plus: VIP parking, VIP check-in, distinctive plate and wine glass, food voucher, Ramona music CD.
VIP Designated Driver Ticket $140: Includes all of the benefits of a VIP ticket except for wine, beer and cider tasting.
All proceeds from the Festival will benefit the Ramona H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation whose mission is to encourage economic vitality by increasing tourism, promoting community pride, and celebrating Ramona’s rich cultural heritage through an outstanding outdoor visual arts program.
