RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY

November 9, 2016 (San Diego's East County) - A red flag warning is in effect for Wednesday and Thursday for portions of the San Diego County Valleys for gusty east winds and low humidity from 10 a.m. Wednesday to 4 p.m. Thursday.

Moderate to locally strong Santa Ana winds and low humidities will creat critical fire weather conditions. 

Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
