January 30, 2019 (San Diego) – San Diego-based Annex Brands, Inc., a worldwide licensee and franchisee of business services retail outlets, recently announced several promotions. Patrick Edd has been named CEO and will remain company president. Edd has been part of the company’s leadership team since 1991, starting as director of finance and administration.

Other promotions include: Steve Goble to executive VP and chief brand officer; Ryan Heine, senior VP of franchising; TanaSue Carpenter to executive director of finance, who will also retain her current title as controller; Dan Cox to executive director of franchise services; Chris Kimball, executive director of real estate and leasing; Jerri Beery to director of franchise services.

Goble, who was elected to serve on the El Cajon City Council in November 2016, started with Annex Brands in 2000 as a PostalAnnex+ franchisee before moving to the home office in 2006 to lead the company’s marketing department.

Annex Brands, founded in 1985 by Jack Lentz who passed away in June 2018 at age 90, licenses and franchises more than 820 locations in the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Japan under the brand names of PostalAnnex+, Pak Mail, AIM Mail Center, Parcel Plus, Sunshine Pack & Ship, Navis Pack & Ship, Handle With Care Packing Store and Annex Copy Center.
