January 12, 2017 (Lemon Grove) -- The Lemon Grove Sheriff's Substation is holding a Coffee with the Community on Wednesday, January 25th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Lemon Grove Community Center, Lemon Grove Community Center, at 3146 School Lane in Lemon Grove.

A release from the Sheriff’s Department states: “Community outreach is a top priority of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Members of the community should feel comfortable bringing problems related to safety and security to our staff.”

This gives the public a chance to chat with the Station's command staff, deputies, Crime Prevention Specialist and Senior Volunteers in a casual setting and exchange ideas and concerns. Enjoy free coffee and cookies.

Come out and make a positive difference in your community!
