August 4, 2017 (San Diego’s East County) – Authorities seek public help to locate 31-year-old Rainier Raroque, a convicted sexual batterer. He failed to register as a sex offender in San Diego County and is known to frequent La Mesa and Lemon Grove, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department reports.
The Sheriff's Department is working with the San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force and Crime Stoppers to locate and arrest Raroque.
If you have information, contact Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477. Tips may be submitted anonymously, and callers may be eligible for up to a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anonymous email and text messages can also be sent via www.sdcrimestoppers.org.
