June 30, 2010 (San Diego) -- Are you connected to life? While many move in a daze of action, haze of forgetting, or tangle of technology, real life requires full frontal engagement. Yes, I’m talking about getting naked with the present moment. This means dropping in right here, right now sans overwork, alcohol, drugs, IPod, Blackberry, laptop, etc. to see how you feel. If you can barely imagine such a thing, you’re probably overdue to reboot your life connection.

Here’s the tip. Check out if the time is right to discover what’s true for you—body, emotions, mind, spirit. No Blame. You need to be ready to see what lies beneath a turbulent or masked surface because you won’t be the same once you’ve looked.

If yes, prepare at first to be uncomfortable. Your nervous system may need to de-tox through trembling or shaking. This will pass. Find support in forest, stream, mountain, ocean. Seek loving people. Share your quest. Look deeply into the eyes of those you love. Sad, mad, scared emotions may arise. They too will pass.

Place your hand on your heart. Keep focusing on simple sensations. Notice what feels good. Breathe. Within minutes your life force will be vibrating in your limbs, whispering an invitation: “let me lead you to your real life.” It’s safe to follow. Allow images and impressions to guide you to what you love, what you truly need. Life loves life. Welcome back. ©
