STRONG-ARM ROBBERY IN COLLEGE AREA

October 26, 2015 (San Diego) – Police at San Diego State University are warning of a strong-arm robbery that occurred shortly after midnight the morning of October 16th at 6040 Aztec Circle Drive on campus.

Six suspects asked the victim, an SDSU student, for his cell phone near the EBA building, then assaulted him, taking his backpack and phone.  The suspects fled the area toward PS 6, dropping the victim’s property as they fled.  They are described as African-American men ages 18-21. The primary suspect wore a red T-shirt, beanie, cargo shorts and Nike sandals.
