March 1, 2009 (San Diego's East County)--Assemblyman Joel Anderson seeks student nominations for his "Outstanding Achievement Award" program, available to students in all schools in the 77th Assembly District.

"It is important for all of us to recognize those students who strive for excellence in everything they do. Rewarding the great work of East County students is perhaps the greatest aspect of my job," says Assemblyman Anderson.
