SUSAN DAVIS HOLDING FORUM ON PROTECTING MEDICARE JULY 22

July 11, 2011 (San Diego) -- Congresswoman Susan Davis (D-San Diego) is coordinating an event July 22 regarding the future of Medicare and efforts to protect it for future generations.  Davis is encouraging constituents to attend this meeting which is free to the public.
 
What is Medicare? What does it mean for you? What is the future of Medicare?
 
This is an opportunity to hear from experts about how legislative proposals could put Medicare benefits at risk and what we can do to be sure Medicare is there for current and future seniors. Information from senior advocacy organizations will also be on hand about retirement planning, elder abuse prevention and Medicare benefits counseling.
