May 27, 2014 (San Diego)—Nile Sisters Development Initiative invites the public to celebrate diverse cultures in the City Heights community on Saturday, June 7 to commemorate World Refugee Month.  The event features a variety of ethnic foods, dancing, spoken word, a DJ playing music, raffles, entertainment for children and more.
