September 8, 2017 (Santee) – A 17-year-old has been arrested for allegedly flashing women on a trail at Walker Preserve in Santee.

According to Sergeant William Amavisca, women witnessed a suspect exposing his genitals and simulating masturbation on August 17 and August 21. He was described as white or Hispanic, around 5 feet y inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, wearing a gold chain and white shirt.

Statements on social media led investigators with the Santee Sheriff’s Patrol Station to believe there were more incidents.

Two additional incidents were identified with help of investigators, crime and intelligence analysts, and cooperation of local media.  These victims picked the teen out of a media lineup.

The youth is charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.  Because he is a minor with no criminal history, he was released into the custody of his parents pending evaluation of the case by the San Diego District Attorney’s Office.
