August 4, 2017 (Escondido) – Public help is sought to help locating Seraphine Bustillos, a missing Escondido 15-year-old who may have left home with a foot-and-a-half long ball python snake and a black backpack.  She has hair dyed black, blue eyes, pierced ears, and is 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 110 pounds.

Her family believes she may have met someone on the Internet who lured her away. She was last seen the morning of Saturday, July 22 in the Harmony Grove/Fortuna Del Sur area of Escondido.

Many missing teens in the San Diego region fall prey to human traffickers, so Seraphine’s safety could be in danger.

If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact San Diego Sheriff Detective Matt Tomavchak at (760) 510-5200 immediately and mention case number 17138117. You can also leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
