TRES BIEN! CELEBRATE MOM AT BLEU BOHEME MAY 13

May 6, 2012 (San Diego) – Bleu Boheme  in Kensington is celebrating Mother’s Day with a special Brunch Prix Fixe on May 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.   The three course meal includes hors d’oeuvres, entree and dessert for $39.95 per person.

Bisque de Homard
Maine lobster bisque with crème fraiche, crouton and cognac

Galette du Crabe
crab cakes with jicama remoulade, tomato-rocket salad, saffron aioli

Entrees

Poulet Montrachet
chicken breast roasted with Chevre goat cheese and Prosciutto, with gnocchi and wild mushroom sauce

Croque Madame
Parisian style toasted ham and cheese on brioche, Dijon mustard, Mornay sauce and topped with a fried egg, petite salad and fries

Desserts

Mousse au Chocolat
rich dark chocolate mousse with seasonal red berries

Crepe au “Nutella”
a thin crepe filled with the famous chocolate-hazelnut spread with white chocolate ice cream
