WARRANT SWEEP NABS 13 ARRESTS IN RAMONA

June 12, 2011 (Ramona) – Yesterday morning, a warrant sweep in East County was conducted by the San Diego Sheriff’s Department Court Services Field Unit to apprehend suspects with outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants. A total of 12 adults and one juvenile were arrested and 14 warrants were cleared.

 

Over the next several months, the Sheriff will continue its recently increased efforts to apprehend wanted suspects, accordin got Sgt. James Blanton with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department Court Services Bureau in El Cajon. People with outstanding warrants are encouraged to turn themselves in Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at any Sheriff’s court facility.
