WESTLIVING RESIDENTS AND STAFF HELP RAISE AWARENESS AT WALK TO END ALZHEIMER'S

WESTliving, a bronze sponsor at this year’s walk, partners with La Mesa community to help the fight against the disease

September 1, 2017 (La Mesa) - WESTliving, a senior living provider dedicated to inspired aging, is partnering up with their La Mesa community, The Montera to raise awareness and help in the fight against Alzheimer’s at the Alzheimer’s Association’s, Walk to End Alzheimer’s San Diego 5K on Saturday, Sept. 9.

Residents, staff, friends and family are all welcome to join in on the fun and visit the WESTliving booth where they’ll learn more about memory care and other WESTliving services, participate in games for a chance to win awesome prizes, and even capture the day with the Union Booth, Create A Memory vintage photo booth.

 

“We’re excited to get our staff and residents involved in this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s event,” said Angie Ehlers, director of marketing for WESTliving. “Our communities are always looking for ways they can get involved through social, educational, and philanthropic endeavors, so this was a great opportunity to give back to the community.”
